Theophilus, Cyrillus & Catharina

Theophilus, Cyrillus & Catharina (all about 100km in diameter). Sinus Asperitatis (Bay of Roughness) and Mare Tranquillitatis (Sea of Tranquility) are to the north, while the Rupes Altai rings the south.
